Andit often crashes at that point to.I'm unable to complte logging in; I get a pop up box stating: "Turn on location services" "Oops we must verify your location when logging in, but looks like your location services are disabled." You suppose to click one of the two options below: NO THANKS GO TO SETTINGS I would click "GO to SETTINGS," but I get a more confused screen that doesn't show a location option...😳 so, therefore, my logging out is always incomplete...😏 And don't even bother calling the Administration Office...This app doesn't seem to recognize me.

2. For instance sometimes my schedule won't load or it'll say I have nothing scheduled when I know I do for a fact, and just this morning it told me my login cell phone number, the number I've been using with the app for almost a year now, wasn't recognized.

3. I've tried every way I have found to get a hold of someone for help, to no avail.I've noticed when I try to report issues at the end of shift the app keyboard lags and it just takes forever from a key hit to show up on screen if I try longer more detailed extra notes on log out.

4. When I open, it brings an icon with the words " the key" which I don't know their meaning.This app doesn't work it logged me out and now I need a code to open the app that I don't get so I can't clock in or out.

1. Restart TheKey Caregiver Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TheKey Caregiver Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TheKey Caregiver Connect" » Open TheKey Caregiver Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TheKey Caregiver Connect » click "UPDATE".
