1. Also, most of the reviews on this app are bashing without giving actual replies and just crying instead of explaining the issues. Not very user-friendly...The quality of the sound is awful... I can barely hear my care team... Tried connecting wireless headphones & app crashed... When appointments are declined, they are not removed from your calendar... Doesn't have a way to view & sign docs which kind of defeats the usefulness of the app during times of quarantine or social distancing...Will continue to use because it is all I have but hoping it gets better.Seems biometrics don't work on android phones.
2. in this latest update the app is in dark mode but the treatment page screen where you enter in your vitals is in regular (or white background/dark text) mode.
3. (Even if correct & recently changed) The other issue is in relation to the login credentials: the need for a facility to even change the password is ridiculous.
4. I thank them for everything that have done for my mom and keeping her healthy. The app was ok-ish but since the recent update it won't go past the first screen after logging in.
5. Useless to have if we can't enter any data.Won't let me add treatment update.
6. After the update, the app claimed I had an unstable internet connection.
7. I tried using mobile data, got the same error, so I switched back to my wireless network.
8. it would be nice to have that option available.I was forced to update while I was trying to log in for my appointment.
9. Have to shut down through phone and there's no way to tell if it's shut down so it could remain connected eating up data.
10. I appreciate the idea of the app but data entry needs to be more streamlined and user friendly.
11. It would also be nice if during the surveys that you push regularly to us, we could have a comment section to explain ourselves. They have the best employees nurses and doctors in Aurora, CO.
