2. It is very frustrating when I am trying to complete trainings and cannot move onto the next section, it only restarts from the beginning and gets stuck at the same section.Easy app.

3. I am using the mobile app and have been stuck on a course, the next button doesn't work.

4. Also I get an error when I try to add my email address on the app, and the need help just says something went wrong.

5. In addition, stated preferences and documented medical support are ignored and invitations for such cases are constantly being sent.

6. For me, invitations are sent yet when I request the cases I can do, I am refused or if granted, later withdrawn without any prior notice.

7. It is so frustrating because I don't have the time to call them every time I need to get on...I don't have time to sit down more less to do training.

8. There's really no easy way to get ahold of Supervisors, which is what was boasted about for this app, because there's a constant "error something went wrong".

9. There's no way to input your availability, or where you'd like to work, etc.Very frustrating.

10. However, contact agents have been manipulating the system.

11. Since the app is so simple in its design, im going to assume agencies can't use it because theres not enough useful tools on it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CareConnect Issues

1. Fix CareConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CareConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CareConnect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CareConnect" » Open CareConnect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CareConnect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CareConnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CareConnect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CareConnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CareConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CareConnect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CareConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CareConnect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CareConnect not working


2. Fix CareConnect Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CareConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CareConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CareConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
