Why should I report an Issue with Secure Notes: Encrypted Vault?

1. S10eIf you could attach photos or files inside the app and choose how you want your list organized alphabeticaly or newest...ect. I'd give 5 stars.I downloaded this app so I could put notes in a safe place.

2. It'd be great if there was some way to order the files and make groupingsThis works and has the lock feature in need always! Tried 4 others and they did not allow security lock feature, but lied on their discription.I've had this app 5 minutes and I like it already.

3. Then you could sync your notes between devices! And, not have to worry about losing your informatiion.I love the ability to keep my thoughts private.

1. Fix Secure Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secure Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secure Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secure Notes" » Open Secure Notes: Encrypted Vault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secure Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secure Notes: Encrypted Vault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secure Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secure Notes: Encrypted Vault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secure Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secure Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secure Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secure Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secure Notes not working

2. Fix Secure Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secure Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secure Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secure Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
