1. I knew Google didn't operate their own cell towers, but their system of using towers from MULTIPLE different carriers in the SAME town means I experienced terrible service as the call got bounced between different network operators.
2. So if I want to try to order a phone for myself again, I will have to pay even more for my phone.setup service 6 months ago and was told phone was compatible.
3. The quality of the phone service was so poor, I had to switch back to AT&T.
4. Use them at your own risk and hope you never have to call customer service.The app works fine, better than most carriers' apps.
5. Took 6 tries to get a working phone replacement last year and recently they messed up shipping (even though I contacted them to correct it prior to the phone shipping) on a new phone then refused to give me the promo when it was their mess up.
6. Switch now and be happy or keep dealing this.App works fine and haven't had any issues with service in the US or abroad.
7. Sorry!Signal and network switching has nose-dived in the past couple months to the point where I have to turn data off and on to try to get it to switch towers.
8. The customer service experience was horrible they tried to convince me that I deserved it at first then hung up on me.
9. A permanent notification message keeps popping up on my phone asking me to (re-) install the software.
10. it is 100% unacceptable to tell people a phone will work, only to have it not 6 months later with no indication of something changing or any explanation as to why.
11. Now I'll have to reset my phone to clear the Google-spam from it since it is impossible to turn the notification off.
that page causes me problems my wife thinks I have another phone and this application gives me a lot of spam delete it
