1. I've cleared cache, uninstall it but nothing changed.After Android 11 upgrade the app is not working on my pixel 2 XL please support Update: It's working now in Android 11Please update the app to support in Android 12.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OTP Issues
1. Fix OTP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart OTP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the OTP App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OTP" » Open OTP Mobile Token » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OTP » click "UPDATE".
- Clear OTP Mobile Token app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OTP servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OTP Mobile Token" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check OTP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OTP might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall OTP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OTP then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OTP not working
2. Fix OTP Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OTP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OTP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OTP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
