1. Looking forward to shopping in-store! Suggestion-definitely would make it easier if we could choose to log out of app (use of barcode scanner would be MUCH easier this way)! That would be the only thing stopping a 5⭐ rating on my part! ***Quick responses have truly been greatly appreciated!!!***This is a very good thing to order otc products and I appreciate the fast service....although I'm not liking the new format they are using.
2. The only issue I've experienced is that, when shopping in-store, many items that are approved (when scanning the barcode via the app), are in fact NOT covered at the checkout.
3. My first shopping experience was a bit stressful as a result.Product pics & descriptions need to show measurements, weight/volume.

5. They have different categories which make the items you need easy to find.
6. I scan things it says approved then get to checkout counter and the cashier says I owe money but every item was scanned before checking out.
7. Before using the app we had to look thru the catalog and write all the information on the order sheet and then mail it in.
8. Otherwise, it is very easy and quick to select medical supplies; keep history of purchases, reorder, tracking shipments and balances readily visible at the beginning of app.
9. Best app for shopping that I have experienced - and I go back to the days of catalog shopping!Very easy to use.
10. No matter how you look up and word a item it will say product not found, but you can call them and they immediately find the item.
11. That in itself takes forever to find items that are approved only to be told they are not.
