1. It's not easy to use the app initially but take some time getting used toThis is the worst app I have ever used! The time I have to spend clicking yes or no, when it doesn't register the clicks, then finally I'm at the end, yet it won't clock me out, well, that was time taken from my client, or overtime spent in my car trying to leave, and a text from the office stating I have failed to clock out! Reading the reviews, I see a lot of workers having trouble.

I didn't understand; when I initially started to use the app that, you click on the address shown on the schedule and kept putting in the address separately on thw maps app on my android, NO...just click on the address and it will take you too the destination and you'll be able to clock in on arrival...Easy, peasy done for you...Love it...2023-The app still works slowly and poorly most of the time.
3. It says fingerprint facial ID recognition, but it doesn't work (works now.) Finally, the "navigate to location" doesn't work properly the first time I click it.
4. Also, location based apps make it very frustrating to clock out while I'm out with my client.One of my issues with the app may actually be due to my phone...many times I'll try to mark "yes" for a task but it won't register and I'll end up having to tap 10-15 times until it does.
5. Many times on a shift, I if I tap "no" for a task, it creates an issue, and tapping "yes", makes it look like something was completed multiple times.Very buggy and slow... I wish I did not have to use this for work, it makes my day very stressful.
6. Two years ago it was great, but now it doesn't work properly most of the time.
7. Location clock in/out didn't work even though I gave it permission.
8. ☹️ 2019-While tapping on the task completion buttons it takes quite a few tries to get it to work.
9. Must I tap that key repeatedly or was the first time enough? And I think it would be very helpful if I could view the comment left by my previous caregiver before I arrived on the scene.
10. Multiple logins required; biometrics seems to work better but still I have less than 50% confidence the app will open without a long delay when I use it.
11. The app also DOES NOT properly judge the distance correctly either.In clocking out, there are a lot of"next" pages after I think I've already submitted that specific criteria and it repeatedly shows me the key for allowing the next caregiver to see my comment.
