1. And lately it seems to be happening a lot more often.Track ALL of my packages in one app! Lately, the tracking has been slow to update and I will receive a delivery notice with my text and but not on app.

2. The best tracker for international orders! I wish it would pull the expected date from tracking as well, but on the other hand it's very easy to check that, since there's always a link to the delivery.

3. Update: subscription has been cancelled.*UPDATE* (from ** to *****) I originally cancelled my subscription a while back because the tracking was way off and the automatic archiving that was often won't was driving me crazy.

7. Wish it would allow logging in to more than one account at a time, let you delete logins separately, and had a one time premium payment option.I ended up purchasing the 1 year subscription.

8. I wish on the left side where it shows a picture of an earth, I wish it would show the shipping providers logo so I know what's what along with it showing the shipping method under it.

9. The tracking problem is fixed and the automatic archiving is now a setting option.

10. Adding tracking numbers is as simple as copy and paste and I can make my own label so I know the item I'm tracking.

11. Plus they added a thumbnail picture of your order when you import from aliexpress which I love! A feature I would like would be the ability to make an archived package active again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Parcels Issues

1. Fix Parcels Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Parcels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Parcels App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parcels" » Open Parcels: Track Online Orders » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parcels » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Parcels: Track Online Orders app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parcels servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parcels: Track Online Orders" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Parcels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parcels might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Parcels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parcels then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parcels not working


2. Fix Parcels Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parcels be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parcels not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parcels may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
