1. Everything about this new app makes the Wex Fleet One card useless for drivers.This app is a piece of garbage, it's say ptice locator and when i try to used it keep saying something whent wrong, but you can see right there that the truck was located,and if you try to contact fleetonecard customers service...forget it,that was the worst part 2 hours on the phone talk to you for 30 secons and then they let you holding until you hang up(wish they have -10 star so they get thatold app was working fine.

2. Entering your card number every time to get logged in is not real convenient when in a hurry! Please fix this issue! Thank you!Discount prices misleading and doesn't match.

3. doesnt suprise me, some college educated dumb ass try to fix something that was never broken Hey why not next time you want to improve the app, try it on your phone FIRST!! However that just common sense, probably dont teach ya that in college.Don't trust the map locations.

4. There are much better, usable apps and discount cards that this app will never match.I would be useful if you can stay logged in! Previous version not an issue.

5. I end up paying full pump price- 3 times already plus card transaction $3 fee- just to find out later there was no fuel discount at all.

6. App doesn't show all the fuel stations within your "approved" network.

7. I have caught TAs posting low prices and the price finder is only good for finding travel centers.

8. I suggest allowing card users be able to suggest an edits especially to map location pin drops.

9. Some of the stations that are listed may not be part of your "approved" network and you will be charged an "out of network" fee to fuel there.

10. have to type in whole name of location with no option to choose from..This app worked very well.

1. Fix Fleet One CardControl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fleet One CardControl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fleet One CardControl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fleet One CardControl" » Open Fleet One CardControl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fleet One CardControl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fleet One CardControl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fleet One CardControl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fleet One CardControl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fleet One CardControl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fleet One CardControl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fleet One CardControl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fleet One CardControl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fleet One CardControl not working

2. Fix Fleet One CardControl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fleet One CardControl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fleet One CardControl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fleet One CardControl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
