Femmistry Customer Insights

1. Today tab shows error 500 and All meals tab shows error 404The app has several issues and all recipes are taking time to find its ingredients and prepare it.Good foods.

2. No way to retrieve liked recipes or to track carbs or calories.Very easy to use,great meals.I totally enjoyed eative alot.

3. But it's tiresome so I have to use the online version.I downloaded this recently to help cook following the Keto diet.... the recipes are amazing.

4. Really wish I could search for a certain meal? Can't find the meals that I previously had.

5. Then the name changed and suddenly I cannot access my account.Don't like that it just reset my meals.

6. I might have to ditch this app...which totally sucks cause honestly it's the easiest I've found so far.Paid for a year subscription in January 2023.

7. Wish it had a calorie counter or tracker.It's a decent app but I keep getting 500 error.

8. Have to go through a long list of meals and can't find them.

9. OH and a PopUp to a Challenge comes up every 3 seconds that's super irritating.

10. Resets ALL RECIPES if you change from imperial to metric.

11. Although I subscribed to eative, I cannot access the plan from within the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Femmistry Issues

1. Fix Femmistry Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Femmistry: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Femmistry App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Femmistry" » Open Femmistry: Hormonal Health App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Femmistry » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Femmistry: Hormonal Health App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Femmistry servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Femmistry: Hormonal Health App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Femmistry app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Femmistry might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Femmistry. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Femmistry then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Femmistry not working


2. Fix Femmistry Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Femmistry be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Femmistry not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Femmistry may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
