They are aware that it doesn't work in certain countries but they let the customers make the purchase anyway and refuse to refund.How is it that top level companies in the IT industry have the worst mobile apps? There are apps that record daily bathroom habits that have an easier to use and more functional UI than domain service sites.

2. Wish all domain registrars made apps like Dynadot.Being a customer since 2007, this is very disappointing Dynadot! This app is garbage, better off just using the mobile site instead.

1. Fix Dynadot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dynadot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dynadot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dynadot" » Open Dynadot – Domain Name Tools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dynadot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dynadot – Domain Name Tools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dynadot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dynadot – Domain Name Tools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dynadot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dynadot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dynadot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dynadot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dynadot not working
