1. Hope you guys can fix that and add some other features, so I don't have to jump between different tools.Won't send notifications! Unable to login.I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed.

2. tried to to order 3 domains from the app a couple of times, but the app showed me error of payment every time! Afterwards, I checked and Namecheap had taken the money all the three times! scandal! They have refunded for one of the times, but still not paid back for the second time.

3. The support is also amazing they respond quickly when you have an issue with hosting and domain issues, one time I accidentally registered the wrong domain and realised 2 days after, they still have me a full refund!There's a bug in the app.

4. Really, take the app down or make it efficient!!!!I love the fact that namecheap also had a mobile app which allows me to manage my domains and renew them without having to open it up in the web browser.

8. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.Allows for DNS editing but chooses URL redirect by default when adding a new record! The most common record types are A and CNAME, so that's a bad design choice.

10. The prices shown on the preview/price picker when choosing registration renewal year options shows the wrong price.

1. Fix Namecheap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Namecheap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Namecheap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Namecheap" » Open Namecheap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Namecheap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Namecheap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Namecheap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Namecheap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Namecheap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Namecheap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Namecheap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Namecheap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Namecheap not working

2. Fix Namecheap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Namecheap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Namecheap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Namecheap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
