1. Only happened twice in 9,000 items.There's a BUG in the application where u want to scan using the phone camera built-in barcode scanner, it does not let you count the result.

2. It runs fine on a 7 year old Samsung Tablet/Android 4.1.2. Ran into an issue when testing on a Samsung Galaxy S10e and paired with a bluetooth scanner that the scans would not read the product UPCs exactly and resulted in mismatches with the master file.

3. I much prefer using an app that will insert a new record for each scan with the option to edit the scanned quantity.

4. But recently there is an issue where after i scan the item and I exit the scanning page and I'm going into the view result and try to continue scanning.

10. In fact the biggest problem with our stock take discrepancies were down to barcodes being misread by the scanner.

1. Fix Stock Count Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stock Count: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stock Count App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stock Count" » Open Stock Count: Stock Take Opname » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stock Count » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stock Count: Stock Take Opname app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stock Count servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stock Count: Stock Take Opname" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stock Count app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stock Count might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stock Count. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stock Count then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stock Count not working

2. Fix Stock Count Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stock Count be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stock Count not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stock Count may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
