1. But again, not important enough to lower a star rating.this is really great! it gives us 1TB of storage for free, but there's one problem for me that Probably no one else has: I'm doing the third task, and when I've completed it, it hasn't given me a notification saying round 3 was completed, this might be a problem for some people too, but I think it's just a bug in the app, may I have some explanation though? that would be great.I love this app very much.

5. Waste of space and data, privacy completely violated regardless what their ToS might say! 👎🏻👎🏻I'll admit, the 1TB of space is pretty cool, cause now I don't really have to worry about losing files.
6. Also, u used to be able to upload big files for free, but that's locked behind a premium purchase.
7. However, in the following months, the free version was altered and reduced to video lengths of under 1 minute, I believe.
8. If you'd like, I can give you colors you can use for a actual Dark Mode.LOVE Terabox! Yes there's tons of ads, but they're not super intrusive and considering what they offer; yes.
9. Hope it can change like the photos where you can put in different sections to find your video easier.
10. And I've been trying to move photos to folders for over an hour and it just keeps freezing.
11. To use the Upload file or folder feature you have to go to the paid version.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TeraBox Issues
1. Fix TeraBox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart TeraBox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the TeraBox App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TeraBox" » Open TeraBox: Cloud Storage Space » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TeraBox » click "UPDATE".
- Clear TeraBox: Cloud Storage Space app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TeraBox servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TeraBox: Cloud Storage Space" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check TeraBox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TeraBox might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall TeraBox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TeraBox then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TeraBox not working
2. Fix TeraBox Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TeraBox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TeraBox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TeraBox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
