Ive been so stupid to trust these scammers!Idk how you forget such a important thing, but I cannot complete th tasks for the 100 MGO because it says Java script is not enabled in this browser, I cannot find the options in the setting either like all the other browsersNo miner at all!?! Whole app has changed to a browser? I don't need a browser that earns coin, because I don't use a browser that often.

2. Also no way to contact anyone either because even thats screwed up! I had just over 1000 coins, I bought some of their cartoon miners with my cash and now they stole my money and coins, Its been over a month and not one person from their so called community has contacted me in any form.

3. You've been losing users.Even before the lastest update I already verified my email, submitted my information for KYC and linked my social media accounts.

4. Where are my earnings from the mining app? I'll be surprised if I ever see them.Hey minego, the mining button have disappered in this last update that changed the app entirely.

1. Fix MineGo Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MineGo Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MineGo Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MineGo Network" » Open MineGo Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MineGo Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MineGo Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MineGo Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MineGo Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MineGo Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MineGo Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MineGo Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MineGo Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MineGo Network not working

2. Fix MineGo Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MineGo Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MineGo Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MineGo Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
