mPass Customer Insights

1. Easy to use.I paid for premium subscription so i can access my saved passwords across my devices but it is not working.

2. I cancelled the auto renewal so I paid for a year of premium thru Dec 2022 without any access to my account.

3. This one a lease try to deliver .I had an issue with renewing my subscription and I contacted the mPass support team, they sent me a quick response with a possible solution.

4. Wasted money on renewal since app no longer works.I was loving this app, but I was charged mid-month for my annual renewal and seem to have lost all the benefits of the Premium access.

5. I highly recommend this app.Excellent program with great support! I recently had an issue, which turned out to a problem with my phone, and DrvCrux spend many hours working g with me to resolve if.

6. I tried requesting for refund but they wont approve it! This is scam!so far, I really like this app, I think it's great, where you can store all passwords,etc.in one place, and not have to worry about them,it states that it's well protected, and I believe that, I certainly hope the developer is right.Meh. It does what it is intended to do.

7. I've used this app for several years and loved it, but as of My renewal Dec 13, 2021, I've lost all access to my account.

8. MPass has enable me to set strong passwords and still have easy access to my computer accounts.

9. I have tried uninstalling the app on multiple devices so I could access my account on at least 1 device, but still can't get access.

10. Google takes no responsibility in resolving until we send a second communication which I sent yesterday and wait another 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix mPass Issues

1. Fix mPass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart mPass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the mPass App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mPass" » Open mPass: Secure Password Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mPass » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear mPass: Secure Password Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mPass servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mPass: Secure Password Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check mPass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mPass might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall mPass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mPass then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mPass not working


2. Fix mPass Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mPass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mPass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mPass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I paid to upgrade mPass app to hold more passwords but when I try to add another password it says I have to upgrade. When i check on the upgrade it says that I am already upgraded.
