Why should I report an Issue with DAT Load Board for Truckers?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DAT Solutions to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. A "delete all" or "delete selected" option would solve this--- the same for the work list would be very helpful.Easy to use with some issues, for me on iPhone was working better, I used to click on the trip miles and see the pickup and delivery cities on map, with Android you can not do that you have to check it on Google maps to locate the city and routes.

2. Suggestion...It would be nice if loads that are added to the work list would delete off the work list when the load isn't posted/available anymore... Overall, the app's been pretty good though.The app is useful but there are some things that I do not like about it.

3. Paying for something that doesnt work as it used to is a version of insanity.Dat is the best overall load board.

4. And broker need to put all the information of the load so we can save time from calling for a load it doesn't match with your needs.

5. Using market conditions is crucial in deciding where to get loads to, and I don't see a place that that is providrd.

6. Another thing is; I believe blocked brokers show up on the app and they don't on the desktop version.

7. Giving only 4 stars though because the app needs a bit of work.

8. Searches only allow 7 markets/states... while the cpu is unlimited, would be nice to be able to customize the searches better.

9. Lately it has a lot less freight that some years ago and the rates are also down, but that is not the app problem.

1. Fix DAT Load Board Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DAT Load Board: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DAT Load Board App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DAT Load Board" » Open DAT Load Board for Truckers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DAT Load Board » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DAT Load Board for Truckers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DAT Load Board servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DAT Load Board for Truckers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DAT Load Board app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DAT Load Board might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DAT Load Board. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DAT Load Board then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DAT Load Board not working

2. Fix DAT Load Board Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DAT Load Board be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DAT Load Board not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DAT Load Board may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
