Why should I report an Issue with DAT Trucker - GPS + Truckloads?

1. If there is a good map then it shouldn't be so hard to access.Won't show hotels on the map until you zoom in so far to local street level, I need the balloons on the zoomed out view, like when I first installed itit would be better if you can chose pu city to delivery city or state and mile radius..or post a truck in your smart phone it doesn't so im not satisfy with it.not all that great.... have to go through many menus to see loads... time=$ takes to long to use app vs keep truckin appTruck stops needs to be updated faster.

I'm thinking about taking it off my phone, if it's not up and working by, 7/3/2020.i believe it would be easier to use and more efficient to have a national map were a driver could see the whole country and decide more quickly than going through each state separatelyIt says gps plus load but I have yet to be able to find where they have hidden the GPS map.

3. GPS IS ONLY FREE TO FIND LOADS AND TRUCK POINT OF INTERESTS NEAREST YOU ... (I.e., hotels, truck stops, scales, truck wash, etc etc).

4. I have submitted several new stops that are not listed and updated some on their current listings but the dont seem to make any changes.

5. Good app but needs to update the information of some of the stops.

6. Useless of you're trying to use this to find a truck route to a destination.

7. It doesn't show any of the fuel stops anymore and I can't get them to reload.

8. Also, not enough updates to placed suggested / missing.Nice but needs more.

9. And I have done this multiple times.The danged thing has quit working on my phone.

10. The description of this app needs to be fixed.

11. CANNOT USE TO SEARCH ADDRESSES.

1. Fix DAT Trucker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DAT Trucker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DAT Trucker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DAT Trucker" » Open DAT Trucker - GPS + Truckloads » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DAT Trucker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DAT Trucker - GPS + Truckloads app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DAT Trucker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DAT Trucker - GPS + Truckloads" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DAT Trucker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DAT Trucker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DAT Trucker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DAT Trucker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DAT Trucker not working

2. Fix DAT Trucker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DAT Trucker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DAT Trucker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DAT Trucker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
