Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BHG Card Issues
1. Fix BHG Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart BHG Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the BHG Card App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BHG Card" » Open BHG Card » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BHG Card » click "UPDATE".
- Clear BHG Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BHG Card servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BHG Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check BHG Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BHG Card might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall BHG Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BHG Card then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BHG Card not working
2. Fix BHG Card Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BHG Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BHG Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BHG Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
