1. The moment you change settings is the moment that the application will refuse to show you any other options beyond what you originally selected and you have no means of erasing the saved criteria with any level of ease.

2. Oh and now I Uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn't work at all.This application is difficult and troublesome to use when you set up your first criteria or settings to find a home it works nice.

3. Keeping a favorites listing is easy and communicates directly with your agent.Brings homes up and does a pretty good job there but it really socks that the agent part is so typical of pirating the app it makes it rather useless.

4. How much later? Did QA even touch this before releasing? App is useless as-is.Alright app but pictures don't load fast enough, and not all the options are working correctly number of bedrooms and bathrooms, style of house, price point etc etc.

5. setting maximum does absolutely nothing.. which I finally found the error when I open the filter list by tapping 'more'.

6. Personally I find this application difficult and problematic to use even after erasing stored cash and saved information details.

7. The error that shows up...just above the MLS Status filter for whatever reason, says "Error loading filters - try again later".

8. Zolo is pretty good but it lacks in options as wellMore MLS listing here than other apps.

1. Fix Etta Homes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Etta Homes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Etta Homes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Etta Homes" » Open Etta Homes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Etta Homes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Etta Homes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Etta Homes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Etta Homes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Etta Homes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Etta Homes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Etta Homes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Etta Homes then reinstall.
