1. I hope the management of the apps will do something about itThis is the best app ever... its very good as it has the cheapest data.. asked the costumer care so many questions on whatsapp and they took the patience to answer it all.. when i also funded my wallet, it was as fast as a flash.. when i also sold data to a costumer, he got it almost immediately... I'm a kind of reserved guy that dont often comment on something but this app is too good for me not to do so... if u have any problem with this app, believe me, maybe the issue is with your phone.I love the app.
2. Even when customers has received their data it will still be showing pending in data history which is not cool.Well, the app is good but sometimes fluctuating and sometimes my customer complain of not receiving there data even after ve been debited from my wallet and there won't be a refund.
3. Do not download if you value your sanity.It worked well for me at first, then all of a sudden my customers complain about not receiving data after i've been debited.
4. Maybe its becoz their data us cheap, it also doesn't lastThe app is dope and also the cheapest data company i have ever come across, but you guys need to work on the pending data issues.
5. Please, I need my Providus account number as soon as possible!They are reliable only that they give no room for cancellation of any transaction after u send it, even if the transaction is not completed on time, kindly include update to cancel and retry later.
6. The technical crew needs to do something fast about this problem, as I have lost almost all my customers since I cannot use the app anymore due to incessant crashing.The app is very good.
7. Takes "years" to effect a wallet funding; Data takes even "more years" to deliver.
8. I think that's most thing one need in online transaction.Very Stupid App with very very poor customer support.
9. I don't know why it is always a horrible experience each time thus app upgraded, it will work on some phones and refused to work on so.many other phones, even when one has rebooted his phone several times.
10. And now the customer service is really slow at replying even when they reply tgey don't have a solution to the problem.
11. The only problem I have is the fact I don't have Providus account number on my platform.
