1. load time a little slower now, don't really care for remember username but that's just my opinion.They always help me out with no issues for online banking.Can't make a username to access.

2. Cannot view transactions without app crashing.prefer previous version.

3. How do you get the username and password.

4. There is no start up.Great customer serviceMrs.

5. The IU is a bit too plain, but that's not a big issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Coastal2Go Issues

1. Fix Coastal2Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Coastal2Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Coastal2Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coastal2Go" » Open Coastal2Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coastal2Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Coastal2Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coastal2Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coastal2Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Coastal2Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coastal2Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Coastal2Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coastal2Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coastal2Go not working


2. Fix Coastal2Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coastal2Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coastal2Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coastal2Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
