1. Tonight, I just got my wife's iPhone and used her app instead of fighting the Android app.Gets the job done fine, it's functional and the UI is nice but I absolutely detest the amount of times I've had to reset my password for seemingly no reason at all; there's been no suspicious activity on my account at all and making the most minor mistake when logging in can result in you getting locked out of your account in crucial situations.

Our account shows that it has a certain amount in there and then we go to draw money out or whatever and it's incorrect it never shows the right balance that and it doesn't show all my deposits and it also doesn't show all of my withdrawals honestly thinking about switching to a new bankHow this app manages to stay at a 4 star rating is beyond me.

3. The old app was much better and easier to navigate on a cell phone.Don't count on the fingerprint scanner to work all the time! My saved username and password or fingerprint seems to just get reset every month for no reason.

4. Has done this since day 1! Also after this latest update, I get redirected to the App store every time I open the app, even though I ALREADY updated over a week ago.The app works fine for most things.

5. Everything it pretty similar, except it only displays one account balance at a time and you have to swipe through your accounts to see the balances.

6. Annoying app that could do with some big fixes.This app constantly doesn't seem to want to load my balance and pending transactions.

1. Fix CBNA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CBNA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CBNA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CBNA" » Open CBNA Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CBNA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CBNA Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CBNA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CBNA Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CBNA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CBNA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CBNA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CBNA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CBNA not working

2. Fix CBNA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CBNA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CBNA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CBNA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
