Connected Home Plant Monitor Customer Insights

1. Nonstop "data acquisition failure" notifications when trying to sync.It worked great for a couple days, I have since been logged out and keep getting errorData acquisition failure everytime I try to log back in.App updated and no longer gets past the Sign In screen.

2. Only reason its not a 5 star is because I'm 98% sure this app provides ad pop ups on my phone which is super disappointing since I already paid to have the hardware and now the developers is getting more money from annoying ads that are outside the app.Worked great the first few days with the 3 plants currently being monitored.

3. Total waste of money and wondering if another app will work with the monitoring devices........I used to be able to use the app without creating an account but it appears they have fix that bug and now require some account just for me to connect to local hardware, dumb.

4. Going to have to look online to see what kind of reverse engineering of the hardware has been done.App stopped working after 25 days.

5. Very disappointing.Couldn't have asked for anything better! Love the app layout and its huge plant database.I just lost a years worth of data because of this product.

6. But then it took repeated log ins and then all of the sudden it went to Chinese and stuck in a loop of "Data acquisition error".

7. It used to work fine. The backend seems down which makes the hardware a waste of money.

8. Love what the app and tracker does, only used it for a few days now but everything is working smoothly.

9. Cleared cache, data, logged out, logged back in.

10. Unable to FORGET PASSWORD or RE-REGISTER.

11. Asking for code.
