Why should I report an Issue with Sena RideConnected?

1. The connection is lost within a couple minutes while using this app.Worked great, tested it with a buddy 2,000 miles away! Can't find the app for some of my older phones though so really needs to get the support figured outtrying to install on my some of my daily android phone and been told multiple times that its not compatible , need to think about what is supported guys please love the idea of the app just needs support workNever connects to the server.

2. Fix it! Please!This app's supported devices sucks! Can not be installed on a Motorola e5 play, samsung 6 edge.... are kidding me!!!! it's just bluetooth audio..... time ti fix it.App won't stay connected in team using my 20S and Android phone.

3. Hopefully they update it, or even better consolidate the ridiculous array of different Sena apps into just one that actually works.It connects the headsets through our phones but the phones have to stay awake for the headsets to work.

4. To be honest, this was not ready for prime time.Great idea but lacks support to too many android phones with bluetooth and mobiledata networks.

5. They will reconnect when you power the phone back up so you either have to keep your phone awake or set it to not power down which of course runs your battery in your phone down.Not updated since July 2019.

6. After about a minute when the phones power off the headsets disconnect.

7. As soon as you put your phone away (screen off) the app no longer has permission to access the mic and no one can hear you.

8. I convinced people to buy Sena to use for group rides, but it never works.

9. Same as everyone else, initial setup was very easy, intercom worked great.

1. Fix Sena RideConnected Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sena RideConnected: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sena RideConnected App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sena RideConnected" » Open Sena RideConnected » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sena RideConnected » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sena RideConnected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sena RideConnected servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sena RideConnected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sena RideConnected app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sena RideConnected might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sena RideConnected. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sena RideConnected then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sena RideConnected not working

2. Fix Sena RideConnected Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sena RideConnected be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sena RideConnected not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sena RideConnected may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
