1. THANKS FOR YOUR WORK.Edit; App has not crashed for some time now and I really enjoy using it.. not sure about transition from one level to the next in the last 3 levels bit still quite rigorous.. Old: App has code built in to stop the free version working part way along workouts, including near the end of 2 minute planks.. Thought it was my OS or amount of memory; fixed and updated all that and the crashes happen at very specific times.. Do you have a free version, or not!? SKETCHYReally great app, doesnt require any payment for the standard workouts (which are great), but you can pay a one off payment to be able to make your own custom workouts with timings etc.

Thanks developers.Good for beginners as I am a beginner, the best part is they don't have subscription and they have one time payment as per your choice like how much you want to support these beautiful folks.....options are 99,199,499 now it is upto you how much you want to pay very fair practice love you keep it up guys I love your other apps also like for running etcAn excellent workoutvery good and effective app... Includes common exercises that everyone can try... I recommend this for anyone who is looking to lose weight in their abdomen region.
3. I feel one would be more driven to go until you fail and jump right back into the next move.Would be even better if you could mute/turn down the volume of the instructions so you can listen to music/a podcast whilst exercising.
4. Would enjoy the app even more if it did not stop after some exercises and wait for you to press continue.
5. It would be great if you can add little set button bcs sometimes i can't afford to do nonstop and i need count and also rest after i continue.
6. Also, during the exercise i want to change playlist so i quit the app and when i back the app, exercise animation has stopped.
7. Also using their dumbbell home workout app as well which is also very good.
8. Would recommend all apps from these guys if you are trying to get into workouts/running etc.Like the training.
9. Using this in conjunction with barbells and dumbbells for a fuller workout.
10. Day 17 and I can really feel the difference, to touch my stomach from the outside and in my core strength.
