1. Lots of glitches when trying to navigate through pages which open up to unrelated screens (trying to update a claim but it keeps opening a previous customer service chat I opened).
2. Someone really needs to fix these issues.Extremely easy to submit a claim, but needs a lot of work! Can't view photos you attached, either during submittal or after submission.
3. I cannot view my policy documents or disclosures because the app tells me the "action has been terminated", or something akin to that, then the AI bot redirects me to the same buggy Settings menu.
4. Very happy with this company and will refer family and friends for sure!Pet's Best has always covered what they say they will cover for our pets, and their app and claim system works great.

The app also makes you log in so many times throughout clicking buttons internally.The app looks nice but it has no specific information on your pets benefits or coverage that were agreed upon during sign up, just that they have benefits or coverage which is very lazy and unprofessional on their part.
6. And lastly, to update a claim, it doesn't allow you to add new photos or make changes, even though there is an update button.
7. Then when I try to update and fix the picture problem I can't add a picture because the description I wrote when I first submitted the claim is too long.
8. Once you submit the claim the app condenses the whole thing and that's where the information spills over into eachother.
9. The claim filing process has been easy through their android app.
10. Processing new claims is simple and quick if you have your paperwork ready (invoice, proof of payment, etc.). Overall OK app; needs improvement.This review is about the app not the service.
11. When you try to download a file it says "Request terminated because you deneyed files access." Yes, they even spelled "denied" incorrectly.
