1. I tried closing and reopening the app several times, even restarting my phone (very unlikely the problem as all other apps work fine) exact same result.
2. As noted by other reviews, the issue is with the initial login step - for me it works about 2 out of every 10 attempts, and more often than not I have to reinstall the app.
3. Used to work fine but it hasn't been updated in over 6 months so it's no surprise it's stopped working.
4. The other day I logged into the app and the desktop account at the same time, and they both showed me entirely different account balances.
5. Still immediately crashes upon opening.The available to spend balance in the app does not sync with the available balance online.
6. I was told by a CSR that the app is "still under development." I've been with this company for three years, and the app is still in development? No, I think the real issue is the app sucks.
7. less important, but a predictor of what was to come- the text on the app icon is incredibly fuzzy.This app hasn't worked properly the past 4 or so years I've used it.
8. The previous problems still exist, by the way.I just downloaded this for the first time to see if I could access my FSA card.
9. To make matters worst there is nothing but a multi step wizard and each step takes eons to load the page.
10. In addition to the balance discrepancy, it's painfully slow and often crashes.
11. Password login only works a fraction of the time.
