10. There is just so many things that can go wrong when trying to open the app and unlock the vehicles pronptly.

11. This week alone I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times.shut up slows down the demonstration.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KARR BT Dealer Issues

1. Fix KARR BT Dealer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KARR BT Dealer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KARR BT Dealer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KARR BT Dealer" » Open KARR BT Dealer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KARR BT Dealer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KARR BT Dealer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KARR BT Dealer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KARR BT Dealer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KARR BT Dealer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KARR BT Dealer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KARR BT Dealer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KARR BT Dealer then reinstall.

  • Please call me asap at (951) 813-9307. I am having trouble with my Android-phone mobile app. and no one knows why. I just started two weeks ago. The app keeps switching back to DCH Group and not staying on DCH Kia of Temecula. Hopefully you have some insight on this, thanks!
