1. customer stands around looking while we have to make an excuse that we went over to a new Bluetooth system that is slowThis app is really bad, súper slow, never find the right car, always buffering I removed and reinstall it and same problems.
2. Being in service this app wastes our time when needing to move a vehicle it can take few minutes load and have to wait for unlock.
3. It doesn't help at all.Developers need to find a better solution for sales people to be able to open the vehicles more efficiently.
4. It constantly gives errors multiple times a day and is very aggravating.Error login, even after customer service logs in themselves.
5. Constantly fails to connect to vehicles and I have two devices to try and make connections happen.Worst. Never works when you need to.
6. Had to jump cars because it kills batteries and have fun going to your customers place to have it disabled... again And again... Don't write me back with sorry about blah blah.

My app is not scanning the vehicles. I already deleted and reinstalled the app, and I'm still having the same issue. The app was working fine until last Tuesday, since, I haven't been able to use it.

Please call me asap at (951) 813-9307. I am having trouble with my Android-phone mobile app. and no one knows why. I just started two weeks ago. The app keeps switching back to DCH Group and not staying on DCH Kia of Temecula. Hopefully you have some insight on this, thanks!
