On saved searches it does not remove the number when you click on the latest watches and the countries are now unclear (was better when the flag was included) love the old concept just the latest versions are nowhere near as good.great companyI received my package on Friday in perfect condition ( thanks to the extra foam inside the box ).

2. Also, why do you return to the top of the list when moving back in Categories > All Brands? It should return to the same position in the list.Try to reset your password with this app and your patience will be tried... I tried to reset my password on several occasions without any success.. When you enter the code that was given to you, it will indicate that it's incorrect... I'm doneHad the app for a long time but the new version has made the user experience significantly worse.

3. My new watch is in perfect condition, just as the seller said.. I am very happy with everyone who made this happen... Thank-you again MarkTried to sell on the app but shipping is convoluted, escrow service is garbage, they still haven't paid me for the watch I sold.

4. (Just to name a few) Now the sorting doesn't work on android app.. really annoying when browsing the watches.When will dark mode be added to the app? I cannot browse at night because the bright white screen drives me insane.

5. People who aren't "into" patina wouldn't consider a watch whose dial looks like a toilet bowl to be in "very good condition".

6. The option to filter by private seller or dealer no longer appears in new searches (saved searches still have it in the criteria) and when you search, select an option to view and go back you go right back to the top.

7. Whenever i look at a watch and go back it restarts from the top it always shows there are new watches in my searches even though there aren't.

8. Can't even imagine what a pain it must be to buy.What's the point of after sales support if I have to do everything myself? Including contacting the courier after being given incorrect delivery dates.

9. If I can't add my watches on the app, why even have the feature? I've also noticed prices are often listed significantly higher than I can find brand new on other sites.

10. Great app, but one feature request I think would help a lot of people navigate your listings: more filter options in general (I know you already have a ton, but the more the better).

  • Hi i tried today to make Chrono24 Bussiness account, but i did not reach. So please can you delete this new account what i made. My Nutzername is dlw24ib, my Firma is DE.LUX WATCHES 24, and my email is de.lux.watches.24@redacted. I have also private profile with Konto Name Ivan Brkic, i want to keep this private Profile, but just delete this one de.lux.watches.24 what i made today. Thanks.
