BST10 Customer Insights

1. Although, it's not particularly intuitive and some instruction was needed, it seems to be working after a few teething issues.Has been broken and unusable for months.

2. I haven't been able to update my time card all week because "There was a problem connecting to the server" and nobody seems to be able to fix this.

4. It's an endless circle!It's broken, I can't add info to timesheets, just able to view the current one.

6. it is all very frustratingApp sux! I can log in, but everytime I try to access my timesheet it says it's unable to connect, then you logout or try to reconnect.

7. To fix try getting rid of the / at the end of the server name.This must have an amazing output for corporate because on the user end it is complete garbage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BST10 Issues

1. Fix BST10 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BST10: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BST10 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BST10" » Open BST10 Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BST10 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BST10 Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BST10 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BST10 Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BST10 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BST10 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BST10. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BST10 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BST10 not working


2. Fix BST10 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BST10 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BST10 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BST10 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
