1. They automatically puts another bank account into you default beneficiary List, and mark it as default at the frist line when you transfer money.The software keeps holding the phone processor while waiting for otp code, not to allow to access the message to find the code.

This is very inconvenient for non-tech people.This apps is bad, they don't tell you that you need to upgrade untill you signed up and link your account once u transfer money from your account to viettelpay, you can't transfer or withdraw back that is when they tell you u need to go to there shop to upgrade the package.

3. To make it worse, the UX of the app is horrible, the important things like changes in account are hidden somewhere remotely and do not even have any details.Instead of giving us the gift voucher, please improve the user experience.

4. In general, not a good experience for new users!The new interface shows promotions only, whilst the main function like bill payment was hiding somewhere.

5. Recently, wanted to recheck the payment records for some verification to the receivers and work needs, however, it is very limited up to 60 latest days only (took time to get this final answer).

1. Fix Viettel Money Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viettel Money: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viettel Money App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viettel Money" » Open Viettel Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viettel Money » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viettel Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viettel Money servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viettel Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viettel Money app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viettel Money might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viettel Money. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viettel Money then reinstall.

2. Fix Viettel Money Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viettel Money be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viettel Money not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viettel Money may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
