1. Will I have to pay every time I use the app? Not worth it!Took me 30 mins to an hour with app to find watch but eventually found it! Threw me off by showing hot in a number of places but when it started showing hotter than all the other areas without wavering back and forth, I knew I was in the right place (almost gave up too because I really didn't expect it to be where I found it but it worked)! It is used to fool you into getting it, and after reading all the instructions and walking around the whole house, I finally connected and hit track.
2. A little confusing, had to stop and let the app catch up several times even walking slow.It could use arrows to tell you in which direction to walk towards.Update 5/4/23: The app worked again and it didn't cost anything this time! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Original: I found my Fitbit, but only after paying $5.99. Extremely disappointed in having to pay, especially because the Fitbit itself is damaged and I've ordered a new one.
3. Took me 24 hrs to find it because it missed the signal in my room but was hot next floor up.It found the fitbit eventually, but there were a few periods of no activity in which I thought that the fitbit had died, since it only had around a 30% charge.
4. Querying the battery power every once in a while, if possible, would be reassuring to the user, as well as letting them know if haste is required.Four-star rating based on fact that it does not make it clear that this app will not find your device without paying about $6.
5. I took that chance and after walking around for 3 minutes, I FOUND IT! It fell in the little space between the tub and sink where we keep all the cleaning products.
6. I bought this in a panic, was beyond impressed it found my watch behind my dresser (didnt even think it was in that room last), and honestly wish I had it for a lot more things.
7. It did get me nearer to it (if you have bad Bluetooth signals), but I think it's absolutely ridiculous to ask for money when the consumer has already gone so far into it.I am constantly losing my Fitbit (or phone).
8. Went back to bedroom and guess what... App does not reliably pick up signal, and "hot" doesn't mean "3 to 5 ft".
9. After 30 minutes I gave up and went to Youtube then I found a video on this app.
10. The First step:on your phone fitbit app, you sync your fitbit.
11. I ended up finding it thanks to the zepp app and it's Fitbit buzzing tool.
