1. :-(I like the idea of thos app, but I can't just click on a workout and do it, I have to download it first, which takes a long time, then on some workouts I cannot see the moves it's just the coach talking.

2. Fitbit, I'm not sure why this is a persistent problem but please put some time in fixing it as it's extremely frustrating and I don't want to have to contact support every month.I posted a review earlier, I thought, but it seems to be gone.

3. So imperfect, but the UI is clean, easy to use, and you can still play your own music during workouts, although it will stop your music when you first launch the app.NOT worth it.

4. Plus, I'd like to see more flow stretching options, core workout options and full body workouts.

5. For instance, I can go running and log 10k steps in a day without utilizing "a program" with a narrator, but premium will show no workouts unless I start a program and let it run to completion.

6. Support has not been able to resolve itHas limited free options, but the free options are still good, especially for beginners.

7. It does have good examples of how to do the exercises and a variety...especially if you want a hard workout...I am just not at that level.I like the programs especially the ones I can do without equipment.

8. I'm not sure I would keep the app as it currently is, will stick with it another month to see if things change.would like to see more easy workouts....some of us are beginners.

9. The workouts are somewhat bland and while there is some progression, get repetitive after a while.I have premium and enjoy the workouts but each month after my renewal almost everything locks.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitbit Coach Issues

1. Fix Fitbit Coach Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitbit Coach: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitbit Coach App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitbit Coach" » Open Fitbit Coach » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitbit Coach » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitbit Coach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitbit Coach servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitbit Coach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitbit Coach app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitbit Coach might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitbit Coach. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitbit Coach then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitbit Coach not working


2. Fix Fitbit Coach Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitbit Coach be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitbit Coach not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitbit Coach may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
