30 Day Fitness Customer Insights

1. I would like to suggest that please add a custom workout section where we can make our own workout and add pull ups , chin ups and equipment based exercises too.I loved this app so much that the UI is easy to follow and beautiful, exercises are nice.

2. There's an option to rate the difficulty after a workout, but it doesn't seem to make any difference in future workouts (might be an android thing?).

3. Only if I favorite it, will it show up in a particular section at allThe experience was awesome, I started the app it asked questions to perfect my workout.

4. It's just a list of exercises, with nice looking videos, but no organization or even ability to sort by level.

5. After I started with this app I've been super consistent, mainly because it allows you to select programs that vary the workouts and make it more entertaining and fun (but still demanding).

6. Also the five seconds they give you to switch between exercises when there's no rest period is usually too fast, and I'm just barely getting into position when the guide says "go."Nor impressed.

7. Have breaks between all exercise types (Some days which were time-based instantly moved on to the next exercise and I ended up pushing myself too hard) (This is definitely the biggest one) 3.

8. The workouts are a great length with helpful videos to guide you through each set.

9. It does not listen to your comment at the end of the workout, so if you hit "Way too hard" it just doesn't care and the following workout is much harder than that.

10. The curated workouts have random names with no descriptions, and again can't sort by difficulty.

11. Last but not least, the CORE section is way too unbalanced to the front side.Great app , one of the biggest advantage is it is free .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 30 Day Fitness Issues

1. Fix 30 Day Fitness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 30 Day Fitness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 30 Day Fitness App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "30 Day Fitness" » Open 30 Day Fitness - Home Workout » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 30 Day Fitness » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 30 Day Fitness - Home Workout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 30 Day Fitness servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "30 Day Fitness - Home Workout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 30 Day Fitness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 30 Day Fitness might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 30 Day Fitness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 30 Day Fitness then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 30 Day Fitness not working


2. Fix 30 Day Fitness Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 30 Day Fitness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 30 Day Fitness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 30 Day Fitness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I need to cancel my subscription and am not having any luck. I signed up via the 30 day fitness website, and there is no way on there to cancel subscription.
