10. When you ‘Always Allow’ location access, the NewHomeSource app will collect location data in order to send you notifications when you are near a saved community and provide you with directions to visit the community, even when the app is closed or not in use.

1. If I enter my email address and select "Forgot Password->Send OTP code", it tells me "we could not find an account matching that email address." I'm inclined to believe the app is using a different account database than the web site, which is inconvenient if you want to view your saved communities/homes across devices.Useful and designed well.

2. Does not sync with favorites also, even though same email address.Great app for finding new construction homes and communities.

3. Using the same email address and password in the app doesn't work (I definitely double-checked what I entered).

4. Should pull homes by location, not development nameI have the new Home source professional login on the desktop.

1. Fix NewHomeSource Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NewHomeSource: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NewHomeSource App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NewHomeSource" » Open NewHomeSource » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NewHomeSource » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NewHomeSource app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NewHomeSource servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NewHomeSource" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NewHomeSource app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NewHomeSource might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NewHomeSource. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NewHomeSource then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NewHomeSource not working

2. Fix NewHomeSource Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NewHomeSource be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NewHomeSource not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NewHomeSource may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
