Nothing increases my balance even though it flies the coins and sounds like they're being deposited.It's slow to pay out, but it's fun enough to watch those coins add up and you have the option to earn simply by allowing the app to track your steps! The video lottery feature leaves me feeling disappointed every time it says sorry...obviously, I don't want to waste the coins on this feature since they are necessary for a regular gift card redemption, which is on the "expensive" side as far as these apps go.

2. I'd go back to 5 stars if I thought I'd see a gift card before New Year's.It's pretty good, many are complaining about the coins and pricing, but forget this is a free service paying them for no money in return.

3. Besides the first hundred steps not registering and the tight time limit to tell customer service the problems when not receiving points from games, it's not bad.Edit: problem was researched and taken care of in prompt fashion.

4. My rating would go up if they made those more accessible with realistic expectations.It takes a really long time to collect coins, and the surveys don't really work if you're under the age of 18, so the only real way to make any progress is to play the game offers.

5. There are coins that you get from a hundred steps and to get a prize you need 16000 coins which does kind of take a long time.

6. It's fairly easy to get coins and due to me going back to school I find it easy as pie to use with a costumizable background, icon, and name along with pronouns which you can choose male or female, or you can simply leave them blank, same with height and weight.

9. All around great app so far.The counter isn't very accurate but the biggest problem is that instead of automatically adding your "coins" into your bank you have to remember to go into the app before midnight every day and "collect" your coins otherwise you lose them.

3. Clear winwalk - it pays to walk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from winwalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "winwalk - it pays to walk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check winwalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, winwalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall winwalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall winwalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing winwalk not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make winwalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, winwalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
