1. This app should be removed from market and people responsible for it should be prosecuted for wasting time and making other life difficult.Absolutely woeful app I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app about 20 times in the last 2 years, constantly crashes even mid job requiring the whole phone to restarted usually taking about 2-3 mins have had to estimate so many fares it's untrue, get it sorted ffs, I'd give it no stars if I couldThe app is showing the jobs in bid area that already has been asigned to drivers, I didn't understand the reason.

2. There are some apps like "autoclicker" to swipe for jobs in bid area, and might be some app for this app, using same credentials and these apps grab the best jobs ( long distance jobs), I know this because on JustEat app, for delivery, there were many similar apps for a small weekly fee these apps were grabing these jobs..Past one month I have been using this app on different Samsung phones it logged off 🙃 while journy is going on and does happen when Google map is working also log off button hanged continuesly.

3. Also new available jobs don't show at same time as other driver... Different drivers see different jobs sometimes.Got new samsung s23 and this app freezes frequently when use maps link to Google maps and several time I have had to restart this app.

4. Trying to change the date to view just doesn't work.Can you tell me how to get alerts for pre-bookings (to bid) to pop up as a notification? I used to have it on older version, had to delete and reinstall and now cannot get to see pre-bookings without actually selecting this screen .

5. The developer no to work on this as it can be embarrassing when you have to tell a customer could you please wait a minute will I reboot app to tell you the cost.Terrible app, it just randomly logs you out 2 or 3 times a shift.

6. I have all notification and alerts on (I think, can't see any more to put on)... Device is running Android 10, would I need to run a later version or can I roll back this app to one which will give me the pre-booking feature I need.There is a problem with the "To Bid" menu.

7. Need to fix this issue making work difficult 😒Disappointed that you haven't fixed the Job History.

8. After the fare has disappeared, I should be able to bid for another fare that pops up!!! This is so irritating when you know its busy and want to go on to your next fare.

9. After I bid for a fare and it disappears because it rightfully goes to someone else who was quicker, I try to then bid for another job when that pops up.

10. I am getting silly message about network connection problems despite perfect connection.

11. Rubbish! I have to restart mobile phone twice to complete a single job.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Autocab Driver Companion Issues

1. Fix Autocab Driver Companion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Autocab Driver Companion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Autocab Driver Companion App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Autocab Driver Companion" » Open Autocab Driver Companion » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Autocab Driver Companion » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Autocab Driver Companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Autocab Driver Companion servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Autocab Driver Companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Autocab Driver Companion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Autocab Driver Companion might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Autocab Driver Companion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Autocab Driver Companion then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Autocab Driver Companion not working


2. Fix Autocab Driver Companion Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Autocab Driver Companion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Autocab Driver Companion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Autocab Driver Companion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
