Like for eg: i booked a ride to railway station for ₹70 but by reaching the destination i had to pay ₹95 which is not even worthit I was riding alone this hasn't happen once it happens all the time atleast show the appropriate price of what we'll have to pay!!Fir last few years we are using Jugnoo for rides within Vadodara city.

You should never promise something you don't intend to deliver.A very good app.. helps us in emergency.. rates are lesser than the normal hiring.. the only thing is there is no round trip option for the autos in case of nearby visits.. that is very inconvenient as we have to pay the full charge twice just for a 5 min job.. otherwise it's very helpful with nominal rates.I got a message from them asking to rate them 5 stars for 3 coupons of 50% bonus but I have nothing like that even though I had sent the screen shot and they had assured me of sending those coupons.

3. The app before booking the ride shows a lesser price compared to other apps according to which we book the ride.

4. I booked a cab which showed 4 min away, it took almost 8 mins to reach, the app was showing 109 rupees for the ride, but when I boarded the cab, it ended up 125, that too without traffic, and trip was completed in just 6 mins.

5. We also look forward to have Jugnoo services in other cities I.e. Ujjain, Indore, Ratlam, Kota, Jaipur, Udaipur etcThe registration number of taxi that came to pick me up didn't match the registration number on the app.

6. The drivers also have become very frustrating as atleast 5-7 cancellations happen before getting a ride and I don't even live in a jungle, it's a posh area.

7. For customer care if they deploy toll free call centre for easy help, then it will be much better.Lately the drivers have been asking not to do payment using the app but to pay them directly using their personal account's bar code.

8. However, we have noticed that the Destination locations when entered donot match exactly and some times it led to other than actual location and rerouting thru app is not possible and location is to reached by asking locales around.

9. The app forces you to leave a review for the previous ride before you can make a new booking.

10. They also have e-rickshaw service, which allow 4 passengers ride at economic cost.

11. So it was a scam and hence I need to change my review from 5 to 1 star Also there is another reason for 1 star that is the price fluctuation.

1. Fix Jugnoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jugnoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jugnoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jugnoo" » Open Jugnoo - Taxi Booking App & So » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jugnoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jugnoo - Taxi Booking App & So app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jugnoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jugnoo - Taxi Booking App & So" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jugnoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jugnoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jugnoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jugnoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jugnoo not working

2. Fix Jugnoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jugnoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jugnoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jugnoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
