Why should I report an Issue with E-walk - Hiking offline GPS?

My only complaint is that the topo map elevations are metric and no way to change to imperial unitsOne can only purchase "no ads", but everything worthwhile is still only available by means of additional subscriptions, via an idiotic configuration of requiring an additional plug-in to obtain maps and such, for which customers are then bled dry ad infinitum with recurring subscription fees.

2. My go-to appJust downloaded but doesn't it show where trails are? Or is it only I put the trails in?Absolutely excellent for hiking in France (and probably elsewhere, but France is where I use it, having subscribed to the topographical maps of the IGN).

3. There are superior competitor products in the Play Store that can be bought instead of rented, which is why this milkingware has been replaced with a better alternative and is therefore being uninstalled.Makes you pay to download hiking paths.

4. Couple of requests - could you somehow show on a zoomed out map the areas you already have downloaded? Drawing a trek in advance is not easy on the app, I end up just putting in a number of pushpins to aim for.

1. Fix E-walk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart E-walk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the E-walk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "E-walk" » Open E-walk - Hiking offline GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for E-walk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear E-walk - Hiking offline GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from E-walk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "E-walk - Hiking offline GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check E-walk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, E-walk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall E-walk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall E-walk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing E-walk not working

2. Fix E-walk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make E-walk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to E-walk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, E-walk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
