The car tracking is barely working, the app does throws "Service unavalable" errors occasionally preventing you to order a taxi, and the auto detections of the address is now always accurate and the car might come in near address but since the tracker is nor really precise you might need to call the driver so you can find your it.

2. The user interface is not that straight forward if you want to order taxi for different address then your current location.very useless.

3. Customer service rude!No use of it - I ordered a taxi for a half an hour later, received reservation code and waited for the taxi at the fixed hour - no car came, after more 10 min I called and they told me they are searching for a car... After half an hour.

9. The app works with pre-set addresses and mine doesn't pop up almost ever, no matter if I try to search with name of the street and the number, the building number, or just try to use the pin on the map.

10. Once it lets you cancel, you are automatically blocked from making any order, regarless of previous good history.

1. Restart Yellow Taxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yellow Taxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yellow Taxi" » Open Yellow Taxi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yellow Taxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yellow Taxi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yellow Taxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yellow Taxi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yellow Taxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yellow Taxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yellow Taxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yellow Taxi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yellow Taxi not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yellow Taxi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yellow Taxi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
