1. After the change in their algorithm (the past 2 months) I cannot find a taxi any more, the ones I find are too far and the drivers cancel more often their ride.

2. The calls only using the app, is not the best way to get the communication with the driver, sometimes the internet is slow and will be better make the direct call to the real phone number.A good alternative to Uber, but mainly because Uber in Colombia is pretty terrible.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beat Passenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beat Passenger: Find your ride app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beat Passenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beat Passenger: Find your ride" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beat Passenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beat Passenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beat Passenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beat Passenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beat Passenger not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beat Passenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
