1. When you press the update button it goes back here.Not recommend they change the pick up schedule without knowing you call or email even delay driver start take advantage to put more fee.... read this guys first..Ship boxes overseas on a quarterly basis fir past 5yrs.
2. Before when I click on the Schedule Pickup logo, it goes direct to the screen with recipient address, and other pertinent shipping info and types of boxes to be used, then enter the items for each box you are shipping that becomes as the packing lists.So easy to use.
3. When you click the track your shipment, it just ends up on a blank page and an option below saying , back to main, please fix thisI can't use it right after the update via Google Play Store.
4. However, when I tried to schedule a pick up a few days ago, the app have a new screen that says New Customer or Existing Customer, which I am, now added that Welcome to Atlas screen.
5. It is stuck on the "Please click the update button below." It also says the wrong version in the app.
6. If you don't know your tracking number, just click history and will show all your transaction records.Is it just me, or the app nor the site wont let you track the box.
7. It simply reports a very generic estimated date of arrival at port of destination.App update doesn't work.
8. In the app, it says "1.2.52 is available" while here it's 1.2.55, actually.thanks atlas .. we understand that our packages are not arrived on time.

10. No need to call to follow up update on the arrival of the box.
11. It was so easy and convenient to schedule a pick up.
