1. Help/support is amazing the guys are great!! Keep up the amazing work!!I've been using this app for almost 2 years now to keep track of the tools at my construction company.

2. "No results found." So a shrinking fork, planishing hammer, stepped drillbit, balljoint separator abd other uncommon tools can never be saved? edit: ive already uninstalled the app but yes there is a message stating no results found.

1. Fix ShareMyToolbox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ShareMyToolbox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ShareMyToolbox App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShareMyToolbox" » Open ShareMyToolbox - Tool Tracking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShareMyToolbox » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ShareMyToolbox - Tool Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShareMyToolbox servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShareMyToolbox - Tool Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ShareMyToolbox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShareMyToolbox might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ShareMyToolbox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShareMyToolbox then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShareMyToolbox not working
