1. Don't keep testing it in house and say it works fine, test it outside your offices.Every since T-mobile took over, I'm having so many problems! With my apps, with the storage of my photos and Videos.!! Now you telling me to change my photos from Cloud and Sprint Complete will be deleted my photos if I don't change by Dec 31st 2021.
2. It's been this way for a very long time and I see others have made you aware of the issue...when is this going to be fixed? The uninstall button is looking like the only option you're leaving us with...?I have been a Sprint Customer for almost 20 years.
3. There have been more frequent rewards such as free movie rentals and $3 gift cards, the redemption has improved, it doesn't feel like a gamble whether or not you can actually get the reward item (unlike the initial free pizza that so many had problems with), and it notifies of new offers.
4. I don't need an app in the background heating up my phone in my pockets.I keep getting a server error when I put the PIN texted to me by Sprint.
5. Sprint Rewards had a slow and rocky start, but I am raising my rating up to 4 stars because the program really has improved.
6. Instead of trying to fix my "every 20 minutes dropped call issue" that they witnessed, they tell me I have to upgrade to a new phone from the one still on contract.I am having the same issue as many others.
