• Remove invisalign app from android phone. Went to settings invisalign not listed on my app. But it's all over my home page

• Tried several times to set up my app and every time after i enter my information i get SERVER ERROR. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same error. Restarted my phone, same error.
