6. Sends a code for a two part authentication, but freezes to a white box that does nothing and goes nowhere.

7. They need address these points to ensure their app runs efficiently.app isn't working on my android phone.

8. If you go on their web site or contact them by phone they will help you migrate to the new program with your points.

9. I have to reset my password EVERY TIME (this includes the actual website as well, so it's the program on both).

10. Not happy that my points are going unused because of this app, and zero customer service from BDI am happy with the results.

11. I had it installed a year ago and couldn't get past the opening screen, ever.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Allē Issues

1. Fix Allē Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Allē: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Allē App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Allē" » Open Allē » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Allē » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Allē app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Allē servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Allē" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Allē app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Allē might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Allē. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Allē then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Allē not working


2. Fix Allē Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Allē be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Allē not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Allē may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
