1. Fingerprint permission on this app? WHY??? It doesn't even provide option to activate finger print login!!! Camera access permission? WHY??? It can't even take RX prescription paper work!!! Storage access? WHY??? It's a strip down version of a website, wrapped into a smaller screen with no cache using webview!!!They need to be more specific with this app.

2. There is no go to full webpage in the app (on a phone browser at webpage you can go full webpage, get Adobe, get what you need and then the app finally works) and also, their sign in sucks.

3. Could be a third party app, stay away from this.I am unable to sign in, doesn't recognize user name and or password.

4. Contact info listed on the Google play page for this app comes back as invalid when I tried to email for support.The credentials are correct but the app will not let me log in.

5. And when I try to search for providers in my area, it shows me providers nearly 100 miles away as the top choice, and I can't see any others because it won't scroll! If I try to search by provider name, it simply goes back to the home menu.

6. Tried calling to speak to someone and get automated system that doesn't ever let me speak to a person.

7. Will not accept my login information but I can log into the website just fine.

8. No starts if possibleApp doesn't work.

9. What's worse? You want to resister through the app? Good luck, because all you'll get is an annoying pleasantry.

10. Doesn't let me see what I need to see.

11. Website says get Adobe.

  1. Restart Aetna Vision Preferred℠: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
