1. Locate a provider function doesn't work - in fact, when trying to use that function, the app crashes... App really needs some serious work!The app doesn't allow me to make a new account.

It also signs out after you close it.If I could give a negative 1 I would, I've tried 20 times I know I'm entering my information correctly but it's still gives the error cannot log in, very frustrating .... Horrible app issues that need to be resolved SMDH!The location search app does not work.

3. Allows you to look at one item and then....crash!!Useless app.... Can't create an account, there is no way to submit my information to actually CREATE a new account.

4. The text doesn't adapt to the size of my screen, the app doesn't rotate to landscape mode, and even when I tap on each item to bring up "full details," it still doesn't show all of the text.

5. Don't waste your time with this one.When creating my account I had to tap back each month to find my right birthday.

6. No screenshots allowed.I read the reviews before creating my account, and I was prepared for disaster.

7. Not sure what the benefit of this downloading this app?I did eventually find an office that accepted "Superior" and also had an appointment next week, but that took at least 6 calls.

8. However, my experience with setting up my account was GREAT!! I see everyone is complaining of the DOB feature.

1. Fix Superior Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Superior Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Superior Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Superior Vision" » Open Superior Vision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Superior Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Superior Vision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Superior Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Superior Vision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Superior Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Superior Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Superior Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Superior Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Superior Vision not working

2. Fix Superior Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Superior Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Superior Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Superior Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
